Mapping error when printing direct deposit checks. How to print checks without using the VersaCheck printer.

When printing payroll you get a mapping error because there are direct deposit checks in the run. The VersaCheck printer is not working properly and you need to get checks out quickly.

Payroll - VersaCheck can only print checks with a payee name, date and amount with using the VersaCheck Printer from your accounting software.

VersaCheck Printer - there may be a more in depth problem/error that needs to be addressed by a technician at a later date.

1. You will need to print blank checks in the VersaCheck program.

2. Once you have printed the amount of blank checks you need for your purposes, place them back into the printer. This will allow you to print your payee data/direct deposit from your accounting software.

3. Open your accounting program and select to print the checks to your physical printer. The printer that now contains the blank checks. Do Not select to print to the VersaCheck printer.
