Error Message/ Question:
XML Document must have a top level element
Symptom:
When printing checks, Versacheck fails to connect to gValidate.com and gives an error.
Cause:
Versacheck is unable to connect to gValidate.com to print validated checks
Resolution:
Update Versacheck.
The current, updated version of Versacheck will print valid checks regardless of the status of the gValidate.com servers. XML Document must have a top level element, or any type of server error when trying to connect to gValidate.com from Versacheck should result in Versacheck printing a valid check without the gValidated seal.
Please update your program.

To update: In Versacheck, select HELP - DOWNLOAD THE LATEST PROGRAM UPDATE, or from Windows - Start - All Programs - Versacheck - Check for Updates
