Maintain Invoice Items
The Maintain Invoice Items dialog box allows you to enter information about
items for invoices that can be reused on one or more invoices that you create
using the New Invoice option. Select Maintain Invoice
Items from the Business menu to open the Maintain Invoice Items dialog box.
To create a new invoice item click the New button and fill in the item number, category, description and price in the Invoice Item pop up box that appears. To edit information about an item, click on the item to highlight it and then click the Edit button. To permanently remove an item from the list, highlight the item and select delete.
