Reports
(Accounts Tab)

You can generate reports for things such as cash flow, transactions, itemized categories, net worth, and account balances in VersaCheck by using the Reports feature found under the Reports menu item. By using the Accounts Tab you can select which VersaCheck accounts should be included in the report you generate.

Place a check mark next to each account that you wish to include in the report. You may use the Mark All or Clear All buttons to quickly check or uncheck all accounts. Select the Preview button to see a display of the report on your screen prior to printing or click the Print button to print the report directly. Use the General tab to determine the subject and type of the report. You can further customize the report you generate by selecting the Categories tab to indicate which categories should be included in the report.
